It looks like I forgot to write about the Doctor's appointment. It wasn't very exciting really. We talked about The Boy's balance issues, it may actually be more like vertigo than a balance problem since he is within fairly normal range when standing on one leg or walking heel to toe. She doesn't think we need a neurologist to see him since we already have a diagnosis. But if at any time any of us feel we need more information, she will do a referral to one in Portland.
There are only 9 days of school left! My only worry is that The Boy and Little Day Care Girl act more like siblings everyday, and that means they fight nearly all the time. It's usually because she wants his attention and he just wants to be left alone, but sometimes he goes out of his way to do something to bug her.
I hope I can get back in the habit of taking pictures regularly. I enjoyed taking pictures and editing them, and it's nice to have photos of certain times during our lives. Once I got my big expensive camera I stopped taking pictures all the time. I think I'll get out the point and shoot and see if I'll take more snap shots if it's near by. I can use the other one for more planned pictures.
I ordered Messed Up Daddy's Father's Day gift Sunday. It will be here by the end of next week. There are 6 parts/things in this gift. I'd tell you about them but I don't want him to accidentally read this before we can give it to him. He's going to love it, and will be very surprised that I got it for him.
I got a DSi XL a week or so ago. Messed Up Daddy kept suggesting I get it and the cooking program I've seen advertised and mentioned that I wanted. So we were at Best Buy and we looked at all the DSi systems and decided that the XL was the best one for me. The Boy likes to play it too, we got a game just for him because eventually we plan to give him a DSi of his own. I don't know when for sure, but maybe in the next couple of months. Or, if things go badly financially, it might be at Christmas or for his birthday.
I finished the 6 week challenge last week, I missed a few workouts which were added to the end of the challenge. I think I'll start a new one on Monday, which will be the 7th. I don't know if I'll go for the next level yet or not. I did get down to 316 pounds on the last day. So it seems I lost 3 pounds in those 6 weeks. I guess I'm not eating small enough servings or I'm still eating too much sugar or fat or both. I'm working on that all the time, eating smaller servings and cutting back on the processed sugar and fatty meats. I will, eventually, get down to my goal weight of 145 pound. It may take me years, but I'll do it. I have to take it slow, because I'll start to feel deprived and end up bingeing and going wild for junk food.
