I've started a new Exercise program. I'm not doing the 6 week challenge this time. I started creating my own workouts. Monday everything was set at medium, I've been doing easy until now. It was about 30 minutes long and burned about 600 calories. It also kicked my butt! It took all day for me to recover. So I thought I'd try one of the preset workouts. I like the step aerobics that I've had n the workouts so far, so I choose a 30 minute workout that was supposed to be about 300 calories burned. It was also set to medium. I don't think I'll do that again for a little while. I'm still recovering today! I don't think I would have been able to finish it except that it was broken up into 3 ten minute "classes" so I could get my heart rate and breathing back to normal, and cool off some before I committed to the next part. Today was a rest day, thank goodness, but tomorrow I have to do another one. I'm not sure what I'll do yet, but ... I'm ready to do it. I have to do it, The Boy still needs me.
